Motivation

Inspiration to work on models like this comes from a vendor point of view. As a serious amount of money goes into development of MMOG’s it is very crucial for the vendor to make sure the product that is being put out there is best in every way possible.It has been theorized that a simulation can greatly optimize the process of development of the MMOG’s. We will briefly discuss the workings of GTNets(Georgia tech network simulator), how it addresses the issues that occurs during the development of games.

Goals

Game Company need cumulative upgrades and optimization by avoiding loss of service-stoppage, which gives a better experience to increasing players. The peer-to-peer (P2P) approach could reduce the vast cost of establishing, maintaining and updating a large number of servers and telecom services by using the spare resources on clients.
